Most generation tools (Try-On, Product-to-Model, Model Swap, Model Creation, AI Editing) cost 3 credits. Reframe and Background Remove cost 2 credits. Video generation ranges from 2–18 credits depending on length and resolution. You can view the full cost table in your workspace settings.

Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle — they do not roll over. Top-up credits purchased separately are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Yes — switching to annual billing saves you approximately 17% (equivalent to about 2 months free). Volume discounts for larger enterprise teams are available on request.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
